Do you write the reviews?
No. Never. I make it easy for real customers to leave real reviews. Fake reviews get businesses removed from Google, and I'm not putting my name on that.
What if a customer leaves a bad review?
It happens, and hiding from it doesn't help. A handful of honest reviews with one lower one reads as more real than a suspiciously perfect five stars.
